From that understanding, we learn new relational tools and agree on an action plan for permanent change. Relationship coaching isn't about fixing what's broken; I don’t believe anyone is ‘broken’, some of us have endured more trauma than others. We're all simply reacting instead of thoughtfully responding until we learn there are better ways.  Sometimes someone has to simply be honest and tell you what you’re doing that’s tripping you up. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can express themselves without fear --  to explore, learn, heal, grow and flourish in an accelerated timeline compared to traditional therapy.
